The reopening was done after extensive renovations so as to serve the clientele in a more comfortable ambience. The rustic charm and trendy atmosphere is enlivened by extended hospitality and delicious food anddrinks. There is a VIP Room with 2 spacious private rooms.
A table set up with maximum 12 seating capacity per room can be utilised for a private lunch or dinner, small business meetings and also social events. The multi function rooms Monas 5 and Monas 6 are available for any meetings, birthday parties, gatherings, weddings and any event with 30 seating capacity. The main dining area has a comfortable 60 seating capacity for lunch and dinner with a touch of rustic leather sofa, exposed brick wall and wooden elements. There is long marble top bar, joining the Pizza kitchen at the front with 8 bar stools installed for drinks and canapes and 2 table stools with 4 high chairs each.
The talents of Chef Mateo Meacci bring authentic Italian cooking traditions to bear and his creative flair creates unique dishes to tilltilate the taste buds. Chef Meacci hails from the West Central region of Italy, sees Jakarta as a foodie heaven. “Jakartans are today well travelled and urbane and with that comes a devotion to great food and drink,” said Chef Meacci.
The chef’s knowledge and expertise quickly found an appreciative audience in SE Asia, running a kitchen for Jakarta’s Ocha & Bella as Chef de Cuisine as well as Executive Chef at Ristorante Procacci in Singapore before returning to Jakarta as the Executive Chef of De Luca. He has also appeared in shows like Hell’s Kitchen Indonesia, as well as his own YouTube cooking series, Mamma Mia and as a guest judge as well on talent search programs. “Ambiente Ristorante is back as one of the city’s top table eateries, a restaurant with a moody ambiance contrasted by unmistakable, consistent cuisine,” said Chef Meacci. Menu highlights include sharing platters, the Chef’s famous daily antipasto selection, Carpaccio, zuppe, and more, offered along with an exhaustive selection of handmade pasta and pizza made of imported stone-ground, Italian flour.
